What sold me was how simple the software is while still doing the complicated things. The day to day stays out of your way, and then when we needed something genuinely complex, it was already there waiting for us.

I have never seen a company move this fast

The speed of the updates and the responses to our feature requests was honestly a little crazy. I have never had a company mobilize like that, and we are not a small account to keep up with.

You can reach the people who built it

At most places you cannot get anyone on the phone, never mind the people who own the business. Here you reach the engineering team and the executives directly. It feels like working with a friend in the business instead of someone who is just after your money.

Fixed in an hour or two

Their willingness to work with us is the part I tell other owners about. Our office scheduler can call with a question, or frankly with a complaint, and the thing she called about is fixed an hour or two later. I have not seen that anywhere else.

The price is hard to believe

The pricing is almost hard to believe. There is this much on offer and there is no package specific pricing, no contract, and no monthly minimum. It was a no brainer. I cannot work out why I would pay ten or twenty times this somewhere else for the same features and none of the same support.

Three locations onboarded in a single day

It took my business exactly one day to onboard. Three locations, more than eighty caregivers, over a hundred patients, all of it brought across with their AI accelerated import. For an operation our size that is a game changer.

Paper stacked to the ceiling, gone in a day

We had paper records stacked to the ceiling like Mount Everest. AveeCare digitized and consumed the whole pile in under a day and attached the relevant records to the right patient profiles on its own. The paper is not going to bury us again.

I feel like we got something that is normally reserved for large enterprises for a fraction of the price. These people care about small businesses the same way they care about their bigger clients. They are what every company should be trying to be.

The only software that could handle our payers

We have families that need genuinely complicated split payer structures. One person pays up to a set amount, somebody else covers whatever is left, and they all pay in different ways. AveeCare was the only software we found that could handle plans that complex. I am still slightly amazed I get this for six dollars a month.

Scaling no longer feels impossible

For a startup agency just getting going, AveeCare is just short of a miracle. It is the real deal and it is the full package. We are two clients in and scaling already does not feel impossible.

My caregivers actually like the app

We have tried a couple of different EMR platforms over the years. Not one time have I had caregivers this happy to use an app. They bring it up to me unprompted, how easy it is to complete a visit, the route optimization, being able to see and manage their own hours from their phone. It is really quite remarkable.
