Errand miles, office time and holidays
Errand miles
Driving done on a visit for that client, entered by the caregiver on the visit or by the office on the Billing list. Charged at the client’s own per-mile rate as its own amount, only if they are set up to be charged.
Paid office time
Book meetings, admin time and training as office blocks on the calendar, without inventing a client. Hours from a paid block appear on Payroll like any other paid hours, and are never billed.
Holiday pay that applies itself
Set up a holiday calendar once, such as the fourth Thursday of November, and the Holiday Multiplier applies to pay and billing on those dates. Payroll and Billing both explain how a holiday changed a figure.
