How to Connect

All provider connections use OAuth for secure authentication. AveeCare never stores your provider credentials — connections are managed through secure token exchange.

Connection steps

  • Navigate to Settings > Payroll > Provider Integrations
  • Select your payroll provider from the list
  • Click "Connect" to initiate the OAuth flow
  • Authorize AveeCare in your provider's dashboard
  • AveeCare receives a secure token and syncs worker data
Pro tip: After connecting, AveeCare will automatically sync your existing workers so you don't have to re-enter employee data.

Token Management & Sync Status

Token Management

OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed before expiration. If a token becomes invalid, AveeCare notifies you and guides you through re-authorization. You can also manually disconnect and reconnect at any time.

Sync Status Dashboard

View real-time sync status for your connected provider. See last sync time, number of workers synced, pending check submissions, and any errors that need attention.

Manual Payroll Option

If you prefer to handle payroll outside of a third-party provider, AveeCare's manual payroll mode still gives you full entry tracking, hour aggregation, and reporting — you just handle the actual payment distribution yourself.

Manual payroll is the default mode. You can switch to a connected provider at any time in Settings > Payroll > Provider Integrations without losing any existing payroll data.
