How does the free first month work?
When you sign up, your first month is completely free—no strings attached. Your billing starts on your one-month anniversary. This gives you time to set up your agency, add clients, and explore every feature before paying a dime.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Never. We believe in earning your business every month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties, no questions asked. We also offer prorated refunds if you're not satisfied.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no training fees, no "premium support" tiers. Everything is included.
What's included in the price?
Everything. All features, unlimited users, unlimited caregivers, mobile app access, AI tools, reporting, scheduling, billing support, HIPAA-compliant messaging—the whole platform.
How does billing work?
You're billed monthly based on your peak active client count during the billing period. If your highest count was 30 clients, you pay 30 × $6 = $180/month. There is no monthly minimum — if you only had 5 clients active that month, you pay $30. If you had zero active clients, your bill is $0 and we don't charge your card at all.
What if I don’t add any patients in a given month?
Then we don’t bill you. Pricing is pure pay-per-use: you’re only charged for months where you actually had active patients. No active patients during a billing period means a $0 bill, no card charge, and no account suspension for that month.
