Pay Profiles
Configure per-caregiver pay types, default rates, overtime rules, pay frequency, rounding methods, and direct deposit details. Every caregiver gets their own customized pay profile.

Each caregiver is assigned a pay type that determines how their compensation is calculated. You can also set a default pay rate that applies unless overridden for specific service types.
Paid per hour worked. Most common for caregivers. Rate can vary by service type or patient.
Fixed amount per pay period regardless of hours. Typically used for office staff or salaried managers.
Flat rate per completed visit. Useful for contracted caregivers or specific service types.
Overtime Configuration
Configure overtime rules on a per-caregiver basis. Set the weekly hour threshold, overtime multiplier, holiday multiplier, and double-overtime rules.

Pay Frequency & Rounding
Pay Frequency Options
- Weekly — every 7 days
- Biweekly — every 14 days
- Semimonthly — twice per month (1st & 15th)
- Monthly — once per month
Rounding Methods
Choose how clock-in/clock-out times are rounded for pay calculation purposes. Available methods:
- No rounding (exact minutes)
- Round to nearest 5 minutes
- Round to nearest 15 minutes
- Round to nearest 30 minutes
Direct Deposit Configuration
Store banking information securely for each caregiver. When payroll is processed through a connected provider, payments are automatically routed to the right account.
- Bank name, routing number, and account number
- Checking or savings account type
- Split deposits across multiple accounts
- Percentage-based or fixed-amount splits
- All banking data encrypted at rest
- Caregiver can update via self-service portal
Security Note
Banking information is encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored in compliance with HIPAA and PCI DSS standards. Only authorized administrators can view or modify banking details. All access is logged for audit purposes.
