    Export for iQIESA file you upload to CMS

    Tick the assessments that are ready and export them. AveeCare makes the OASIS XML file and keeps a history of each export.

    Import iQIES report reads the validation report, so each assessment shows whether iQIES accepted it. Import assessments brings in ones made somewhere else.

    Start an assessment

    Who it is for and which timepoint. AveeCare works out its deadline from there.

    Pick the client. A new admission can be added right here with New patient, without leaving OASIS.

    The timepointStart of Care, Recertification and more

    The timepoint decides which items the assessment asks. Start of Care, Resumption and Recertification also start or continue the client’s 60-day period.

    2. Click New Assessment Pick the client and the kind of assessment (start of care, recert, discharge…). “+ New patient” adds somebody who is not a client yet.
    3. While you fill it in “Next unanswered” jumps to the next empty item. Each item has its CMS guidance. “Same as last time” copies an answer from the last assessment.
    4. Sign and send for review A reviewer can return it with comments on single items, or approve it. Approved assessments export for iQIES.

    Plan of care downloads a draft plan of care built from the answers. Payment preview shows the payment group the answers lead to.

    Complete locks it so it can be exported. If your agency reviews assessments first, the button says Send for review.
