Simplify your app
Choose what everyone at your agency sees. Hidden pages still open from links and search, and nothing is deleted.
Settings, then Modules. Only admins change it for everyone.

Turn off what your agency does not do, such as billing insurance or clinical charting, and those pages leave the sidebar for everyone.

Anyone can still show a hidden page for themselves from the cog at the top of their sidebar. Your admins choose what everyone else sees.
