Yes. AveeCare Learn has 52 short guided lessons that play the real app on a sample agency: adding clients and caregivers, scheduling, billing, payroll, user accounts and more. Each lesson pauses on every screen to show what you can do there, and See how plays any of those things for you. Watch them at aveecare.com/help/learn, or in the app under Help, Learn.
Step by step
- In AveeCare, open Help in the sidebar and choose the Learn tab.
- Pick a lesson. Simplify your app is a good first one.
- Press Play. The lesson stops on each new screen and lists what you can do there.
- Open any item to read about it, then press See how to watch it done. You come back to the same spot afterward.
Good to know
- Nothing you do in a lesson changes your agency: lessons play on a sample agency.
- Ask Avee about the screen: inside the app, when Avee is on for your agency, each lesson has a question box that answers about the screen you are on. The lessons on aveecare.com do not have one.
- Voice: lessons can read themselves aloud in English and Spanish, with captions on screen.
- Caregivers too: some lessons show the caregiver's phone, such as clocking in and finishing a visit.
