Short answer
Open Settings, the Business Settings tab, and find Activity feed. Turn off Show note previews and rows only say a note was added, without its words. Turn off Team posts and comments to remove Post update and comments. Show office activity turns office rows on or off, and Advanced: what gets recorded chooses which types of change are kept. Choose Save.
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the Business Settings tab.
- Scroll to Activity feed.
- Turn Show note previews, Team posts and comments, or Show office activity on or off.
- To stop recording some types of change, open Advanced: what gets recorded and turn them off.
- Choose Save.
Good to know
- Who can change it: the agency owner and office admins. Caregivers cannot.
- Previews are for office staff only. Caregivers and clients never see the activity feed.
- Turning a type off stops it being recorded from now on. What was already recorded stays.
- Turning Show office activity off also hides the office rows already there. Turn it on again to see them.
