Short answer
Yes. OASIS is a separate setting that is off unless your agency turns it on, in Settings, Business Settings, OASIS Assessments. Set the client's Service Type to Skilled Nursing and your nurses document each visit in the visit note as usual. Turn OASIS on only if your agency is Medicare-certified and completes OASIS assessments.
