Pay Rate Profiles

Every caregiver has a dedicated Payroll tab where you configure their compensation. AveeCare supports multiple rate types so you can match any pay structure your agency uses.

Supported rate types

Hourly Rate

Set a per-hour rate. Payroll calculates automatically from clock-in/clock-out times.

Salary

Fixed compensation for salaried caregivers, tracked per pay period.

Per-Visit Rate

Flat rate per completed visit regardless of duration. Common for skilled nursing visits.

Store direct deposit information securely within each caregiver's Payroll tab. When linked to an external payroll provider, this information flows directly into payroll processing.
