Incident Severity Levels
Minor issue requiring documentation but no immediate action. Examples: late arrival, minor policy deviation.
Requires follow-up and may involve corrective action. Examples: missed clock-in, task omission, patient complaint.
Serious incident requiring immediate management attention. Examples: safety violation, medication error, HIPAA concern.
Disciplinary Action Tracking
