Compliance Status Badges

Every certification displays a color-coded badge so you can instantly see which caregivers are compliant, which need attention, and which have expired credentials.

Certification is valid and not approaching expiration.

Expiring Soon

Certification expires within the configured warning window (default 30 days).

Expired

Certification has passed its expiration date and needs renewal.

Pro tip: You can configure the "Expiring Soon" warning window in Settings. Default is 30 days before expiration, but you can set it to 14, 30, 60, or 90 days based on your agency's needs.

Automatic Expiration Alerts

AveeCare monitors every certification expiration date and sends automatic alerts before credentials lapse. Never be caught off-guard by an expired certification during a state audit.
