Yes. In the Caregivers or Clients list, open Columns and turn on any of your fields; each column filters by its kind (between two values for numbers and money, before or after for dates, contains or is exactly for text and choices) and is included when you export the list. The spreadsheet view and the bulk edit tools on the Advanced page edit them like any other field, imports map spreadsheet columns onto them by name, and fields marked Find people by it in search show up in the search bar.
Step by step
- In Caregivers or Clients, open Columns and turn on the fields you want.
- Use a column's filter to narrow the list, then export it to get a CSV with those columns.
- To change many at once, use the spreadsheet view or Advanced, bulk edit, and review the changes before saving.
- To bring answers in from another system, use Import; columns with the same name as your fields are matched for you.
Good to know
- State program IDs too IDs like a Washington SSSOP ID work the same way: a list column, a filter, a spreadsheet column, bulk edit, import and search.
- Answers are checked An import or spreadsheet value that does not fit the field (a word in a money field, a date in the wrong form) is left out and named in the results, so nothing wrong is saved.
- Reports The report builder offers your fields as columns, with money shown as money. Sensitive fields appear only for people allowed to see them.
