Short answer
Yes. An AI tool connected to AveeCare can find caregivers who are free for a time, check a booking for conflicts, create visits and schedule blocks, and move, reassign or cancel a visit. Each change is logged with its reason, like a change you make yourself. It can only change things if its key allows writing.
Step by step
- In Settings, open the API Keys tab and make a key with read and write access. ChatGPT and Claude.ai on the web sign in instead of using a key.
- Connect your AI tool with the steps shown under Use your key.
- Ask it to find a free caregiver, check a booking, or move, reassign or cancel a visit.
Good to know
- It uses the same permissions as the key you made. A read-only key can look but cannot change anything.
- Availability, overtime and pairing-rule warnings are advice. They never stop a booking.
- It can read a client or caregiver with phone numbers, contacts and upcoming visits in one step.
- Free caregivers are ranked by their stated hours, overtime and any client pairing rule.
- Revoke the key on the API Keys tab in Settings to cut the connection at once.
