Announcing the AveeCare Community Initiative
A formal name for what we have been doing all along: showing up for small home care, home health, hospice, and palliative startups with free help and at-cost pricing.

We get a question every few weeks from agencies that have been with us for a while: “Why are you helping me with this stuff for free?” Sometimes it is a website fix, sometimes a referral introduction, sometimes an SEO audit or a logo redo.
The answer has always been the same. Small agencies that grow keep using us. They refer other agencies. We all do better. The math is not complicated. It is just rare in this industry, where most software vendors treat small accounts like a low-priority queue item until they grow large enough to be worth the support hours.
We are putting a name on it. The AveeCare Community Initiative covers all of the things we have been quietly doing, plus a few we are formalizing for the first time.
What it actually covers
The full breakdown lives on the Community Initiative page, but here is the short version.
- Networking and referral connections. Warm introductions to hospital discharge teams, family-facing placement platforms, and other agencies in our network.
- PR and advertising partnerships. Wholesale rates with home care PR shops we work with, plus guest posts and backlinks from aveecare.com to your site.
- Free dev work. Web fixes, hosting migrations, SEO audits, and small builds. We do not sell these services, so there is no upsell waiting on the other side.
- Reviews and reputation. Referrals to vetted review teams who actually use the services they review.
- Branding and outreach. Logo work, marketing collateral, and demographic-targeted outreach campaigns through our analytics partners.
- The whole platform. Every integration, every AI tool, every report. No premium tier locked behind a paywall.
Pricing the company like a partner, not a profit center
We have priced AveeCare as close to at-cost as we can manage without going under. The first month is free, no card required. You add a card when you start adding patients, not before. If you sign up and never bill anyone, we charge nothing.
That decision is intentional. The other vendors in this space want a big cut of your revenue from day one. We would rather take a smaller cut from an agency that grows than a large cut from one that never gets off the ground.
If we already reached out
We do a lot of outreach. Our analytics partners send us a weekly list of new home care, home health, hospice, and palliative agencies. We try to reach most of them, not to sell, but to check in. If you got an email or a call from us and ignored it, that is fine. If you want to come back to it, the founder emails are on the Community Initiative page. There is no expiration date.
You do not have to use AveeCare
If you ended up reading this because someone from us reached out, you are not on the hook for anything. We will still help where we can. If we are a good fit, great. If we are not, we will tell you who is. The footprints we leave should be your story, not ours.
