Short answer
Type what you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the window, such as insurance or allergies, and choose a result. AveeCare opens the right step or section and puts you in the field. Press / to search and Esc to clear. If nothing matches and your agency has Avee on, choose Ask Avee where this is.
Step by step
- Open the window, such as Add Client.
- Type in the search bar at the top, or press / to jump to it.
- Choose a result. AveeCare opens its step or section and puts you in the field.
- Press Esc to clear the search.
Good to know
- It knows your agency’s words: if you call patients clients, both words find the same field.
- Ask Avee sends only your question, never what you typed into the form.
- Do not want it? Choose Hide the search bar on that window. Show the search bar brings it back.
- A field behind a switch you have not turned on is highlighted for you; AveeCare never turns a switch on for you.
